Amenirdis II (transliteration: ỉmn-ỉr-dỉ-s, meaning: "Gift of the Eye of Amun") was an ancient Egyptian Divine Adoratrice of Amun of the Twenty-fifth Dynasty during the Third Intermediate Period. She was adopted by the God's Wife of Amun Shepenupet II, daughter of Piye, as her heir. When Psamtik I of the Saite Twenty-sixth Dynasty conquered Upper Egypt, she was replaced as Divine Adoratrice by Psamtik's daughter, Neithiqret I. Subsequently, Amenirdis II may have married her (half-)brother Atlanersa back in Nubia.
