Aphroditopolis or Busiris (ancient Egyptian: tp-ỉhw, modern: Atfih) is an Ancient Egyptian city on the east bank of the Nile, located in Upper Egypt. It was the capital city of Maten, the twenty-second nome of Upper Egypt.
