Bubastis (ancient Egyptian: pr-bꜣst.t, modern: Tell Bastah) is an Ancient Egyptian city in Lower Egypt, located in the western Nile Delta. It was the provincial capital of Amti-Khent, the eighteenth nome of Lower Egypt.
