Cleopatra Selene I (Koine Greek: Κλεοπάτρα Σελήνη) was a queen consort to Ptolemy IX Lathyros of the Ptolemaic Dynasty during the Hellenistic Period.

She was the daughter of Ptolemy VIII and Cleopatra III. She was married to Lathyros after her sister Cleopatra IV was pushed out by her mother. She was not made co-ruler, unlike the many sister-wives of Ptolemaic kings. She bore Lathyros Berenice III.

She may have also wed Ptolemy X Alexander I later, possibly bearing him Ptolemy XI Alexander II.
