Harmose or Hormose (transliteration: ḥrw-ms, meaning: "Born of Horus") was an ancient Egyptian noblewoman of probably either the Sixteenth or Seventeenth Dynasty during the Second Intermediate Period.
Family[]
Harmose was the daughter of the King's Sister Iuef and her husband Ipu. Her mother's connection to the royal family remains unknown. Harmose was married to a Lector Priest called Ib.[1]
