Hermonthis (ancient Egyptian: ỉwnw-šmꜥ, modern: Armant) is an Ancient Egyptian city in Upper Egypt, located on the west bank of the Nile. It was governed under Waset, the fourth nome of Upper Egypt.

Another ancient Egyptian name for the city was Iunu-Montu (ỉwnw-mnṯ, "Heliopolis of the Nomad").
