Horhotep Q was an Ancient Egyptian member of the Royal Family. His connection to it is unknown being known only from a stela from Abydos now in the Cairo Museum which also names Haankhef Q, Neferhotep Q, and someone whose name is partially lost, the only part remaining being ...djeb.[1]
