Khepesh (ancient Egypt ḫpš, "Foreleg") was the second nome of Lower Egypt. The nome's capital city was Letopolis.

The nome comprised a region on the west side of the Nile, at the river's divergence into the delta. The famous Giza necropolis was situated within the nome's territory. Giza was primarily used for the burials of royalty and nobility from the city of Heliopolis, which was situated on the opposite eastern side of the Nile within Heqa-Andju, the thirteenth nome.
