Merykare (transliteration: mry-kꜢ-rꜥ, meaning: "Beloved Soul of Re") was an ancient Egyptian Pharaoh of the Ninth or Tenth Dynasty during the First Intermediate Period. He is merely known by his throne name and ruled from Heracleopolis in Middle Egypt.
