Neferkare Nebi (transliteration: nby, meaning: "One of the Lord"), also known as Neferkare III, was the third Pharaoh of the Seventh or Eighth Dynasty during the First Intermediate Period of Egypt. The seat of power of these dynasties was Memphis.
