Qurna (Arabic: القرنة) is a modern village on the west bank of the Nile opposite the modern city of Luxor (ancient Thebes) in Egypt. The main village is located at the edge of the floodplain, west of the necropolis el-Tarif. The mortuary temple of Seti I is situated just west right next to the main village.

The municipal lands of Qurna include much of the western bank of Thebes, with village houses being stretched out along the mortuary temples of the Theban Necropolis. A noticeable series of Qurna housing is built in and around the mountain grottoes located north of the Ramesseum at the necropolis Sheikh Abd el-Qurna.
