Royal Tutor was an ancient Egyptian occupational title held by a high official that trained and educated the Pharaoh's children (possibly the future pharaoh) as well as the children of other high officials. Often holding various other important offices, royal tutors offered the best training and ecudation from infancy to their child-students so they would later achieve high offices like their parents.

Royal tutors were supervised by the Overseer of the Tutors, who often was a royal tutor himself.
