Scribe of Ma'at (ancient Egyptian: sš-mꜣꜥt) was an ancient Egyptian occupational title. The titleholders were trained Scribes and served as judicial record keepers or court clerks. They mainly kept register of criminal cases that were judged at the supreme high court by the Pharaoh. Though he mostly assigned a Vizier or another Royal Sealbearer to act on his behalf.
