Netjerkare Neithiqret-Siptah (transliteration: nt-ỉqrt zꜢ-ptḥ, meaning: "Excellence of Neith, Son of Ptah"), or simply Siptah, was the last Pharaoh of the Sixth Dynasty during the Old Kingdom of Egypt. The seat of power of this dynasty was Memphis.

His name Neithiqret was the inspiration for the legendary female pharaoh Nitocris of Herodotus and Manetho. Additionally, during the Late Period, the name was associated with the powerful God's Wife of Amun Neithiqret I and Divine Adoratrice of Amun Neithiqret II, which may have been an influence on Herodotus and Manetho's assumed femininity for the last Old Kingdom ruler.
