Nefertemkhure Taharqa (transliteration: tꜢ-ḥr-q), or Taharqu, is an ancient Egyptian Pharaoh of the Twenty-fifth Dynasty during the Third Intermediate Period. He was of Nubian origin and ruled from Napata over Kush and most of Egypt.
