Usermaatre-Setepenamun Takelot III (transliteration: tklt) is an ancient Egyptian Pharaoh of the Twenty-third Dynasty during the Third Intermediate Period. He became the co-regent of his father, Osorkon III, for the first five years of his reign. He ruled over Upper Egypt from Thebes as a contemporary of Shoshenq V of the Twenty-second Dynasty in Lower Egypt.
