Wadi Hilal is an Egyptian wadi that cuts through the cliffs to the east of the ancient city Eileithyiaspolis. It served as an underutilized necropolis for the city. A temple of Amenhotep III and some lesser known tombs are situated in the wadi. It also contains many hieroglyphic rock inscriptions.
